Recipe for Banana Berry Ice-cream
Eating Raw with Raw Desserts – Raw Banana Berry Ice-Cream

6 Ripe (not brown but definitely very soft) Bananas FROZEN
1 Cup of Blueberries (or any berry you like- If it's strawberries make sure they are chopped to fit more in the cup)
2 Tbs of honey/agave

Instructions for Raw Desserts Banana Berry Ice-Cream

Peel and place the Bananas in the freezer and freeze overnight. Leave these there until you actually want to eat it as it’s best eaten rather than stored.

Remove the bananas 15mins prior to dessert time. Pop in a blender and puree for about 3 minutes. You won’t believe what happens! It turns white and creamy like soft serve…..you can actually take it out and eat as Banana Ice-cream

To make into the blueberry ice-cream add the berries, honey  and blend for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Taste is it berry enough for you? Add more if you want.

You can add any berries, fruit or chocolate chips , dried fruit, nuts and much more! Enjoy!

  4. Hello :) I've been reading about agave, and apparently is not healthy...

Perhaps is better to add 4 softened dates :)
