Look no further ! This Ab workouts from home is quick and easy and is a super quick way to tone that tummy, shred those abs and feel great about getting some exercise in!
Remember that all exercise should be followed by a good meal plan.
So lets’ get started with a warm up to get us ready for our Ab Workouts from Home
Ab workouts at Home Warm Up
Warm up time 5 minutes of gentle exercise – Walking , light jogging or if you are unable to leave the house then sometimes I will do a set of gentle squats or lunges to engage my core and keep my heart pumping. The point of the warm up is to help protect your from injury by getting your muscles warm and pliable, your heart rate up and some blood pumping through your body!
Ab workouts from Home – Free Workouts
To get the fat burning benefits from this free workout you need to complete each set as a circuit. So each exercise is followed by the next until you have completed each ‘set of three' your heart rate will be up!
This is called interval training as you will take a rest after each completed set and let your heart rate drop again. If you can’t hold plank for 60 seconds then try for 20 seconds then rest and keep going until you get to 60 seconds
Ab Workout at Home - Set 1
Do each exercise after the next until you complete the ‘set’. Rest for one minute then go again. Repeat this 3 times
Plank – Hold for 60-90 seconds Side rotation Lunge -12 each side Staples – 12 reps
Ab Workouts at Home Set 2
Do each exercise after the next until you complete the ‘set’. Rest for one minute then go again. Repeat this 3 times
Bicycle – 12 reps Vertical leg crunch – 12 Reps Side Lunges with jump – 12 each side
