Three Raw Breakfast Recipes - Easy Raw Recipes
1:36 AMRaw Breakfast Recipes can be the hardest to get creative with especially easy raw recipes that don't take much time in a dehydrator or time spent blending and fiddling with 100 ingredients in minute measurements...haha you will all know what I mean if you make a lot of raw recipes!
Today we are going to have a look at three really easy breakfast ideas that are going to start your day off with a power-pack of nutrition, support and an abundance of energy. Each meal will have in some way each of your macro's i.e protein, healthy carbs and healthy fats and will have a big dose of one of your important micros i.e. magnesium, iron , potassium. When your on a Raw Diet you need to make sure you are getting plenty of support from your food to ensure you don't become deficient and prone to disease.
Raw Breakfast Recipe - Number 1
Spiced Coconut Fruit Salad
2 Cups of Chopped Fruit - Apples, Bananas, strawberries or Blueberries and Nectarines
1 Tablespoon of Honey or agave
2 tablespoons of Shredded unsweetend coconut
1/4 Cup of finely roughly chopped nuts
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
pinch of cinnamon

Instructions for the Raw Breakfast Recipe Number 1
Mix and let sit for 20 mins or so to soak in the flavours or you can eat straight away if you would prefer or are short on time
Raw Breakfast Recipes - Number 2
Pistachio and Berry Pancakes
3 Cups of ground Flax meal
1/2 Cup of Agave Syrup or high quality Raw Honey
2 heaped tablespoons of coconut oil and then melted
1/4 Cup of Water
Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla
1/2 Cup of Pistacchios
2 Cups of chopped mixed berries
Instructions for the Raw Breakfast Recipe Number 2
Mix everything together in a bowl except for the pistachios and Berries. Form into 8 pancake size pieces and top with pistachios, chopped berries and a drizzle of Agave or honey to top it off
Raw Breakfast Recipes - Number 3
Coconut Yogurt with a Raw Nut Muesli
This one does take a little preparation but if you make the yogurt at the start of the week it will last for 10 days or so!

Raw Coconut Yogurt Recipe
2 Cups of Raw Organic Coconut Meat ( you can buy coconuts or buy the meat from the markets)
1.5 Cups of Raw Organic Coconut Water
1 Teaspoon of pro-biotic Powder (an inner health capsule is awesome!)
Blend on high speed without the pro-biotic powder. Then add it in and blend again. Place in a glass airtight container and let sit for 16 to 24 hours. Alternatively you can pop it in the dehydrator for 3 to 6 hours on 100'F . Either way is fine! Place in the refrigerator to set and chill. It will be quite SOUR please sweeten to taste
Sweeten to taste with agave/stevia or honey
Raw Nut Muesli Recipe
1/4 Cup of Ground Flax meal
1/4 Cup of Slivered/Chopped Almonds
1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup of organic rolled oats
1/2 Cup of Dried chopped organic fruit
1/4 Cup of chopped walnuts
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. You can add a little almond milk to have it like a bircher and let sit over night to soak or you can have as is.
Instructions for the Raw Breakfast Recipe- Number 3
Scoop One cup of your muesli into a bowl and add 1/4 Cup of Almond Milk or if you have already made it a bircher then don't worry it will be wet enough!) Grab out your coconut Yoghurt and place a 1/4 cup on top. You can finish this off with some fresh berries or fruit puree...Enjoy!
