Raw Dinner Recipes- Raw Spaghetti Bolognaise Recipe
1:16 AMI’m on the mission to add some yummy raw dinner recipes to the collection so we are starting with my very own version of Raw Spaghetti Bolognaise Recipe.
The thought of Spaghetti Bolognaise sparks memories of home cooked meals from Mum’s kitchen…The intense flavour of the rich tomatoes and fresh basil bursting on your taste buds and the tender pasta so soft and flavourful…Drooling yet?
I have been playing with the raw pasta recipe for some time now but I find that the simpler the better in this case! I love this recipe especially having the different ‘pastas’ and textures AND colours..it makes it a little more exciting. I think it’s pretty spot on for taste.
So to you I present my much beloved raw dinner recipe for the most incredible pasta -
Raw Recipes - Raw Spaghetti Bolognaise
Raw Pasta Recipe
1 large Zucchini raw Peeled and spiralized
300g Butternut Squash - Raw peeled and spiralized
Add two tablespoons of olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, a sprinkling of finely chopped basil and some salt and pepper. Place aside and cover.
Raw 'Meat' Recipe
2 Cups of soaked walnuts
1 Cup of sundried tomatoes- soaked in olive oil!
1 clove of garlic crushed
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
1 cup of fresh basil
1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 fresh tomato’s chopped
Blend the walnuts , roughly chopped and set aside. Blend the sauce and then add to the walnuts. It should be roughly blended and chunky.
dish up the raw pasta and add the meat mix to the top- garnish with some fresh basil, salt and pepper and it's ready to go!
