Have you only got 5 minutes for dinner and you need the Easiest Raw Dinner Recipe ever? That was me yesterday and to top it off I hadn't made it to the markets to stock up :( I love the markets..sigh

Easiest Raw Dinner Recipe - Spicy Tomato Noodle Salad
You know those days that you look in the fridge..and it's emptiness is almost deafening? Yesterday was one of those days..I had bean shoots, a tomato, some almond flour,  an avocado and a few spices.

But never say never! Out of these few ingredients we created the yummiest 5 minute Raw Dinner Recipe - Raw creamy noodle salad. Lot's of healthy fats  and a few serves of vegetable will pack a nutritional punch and fill the gap....


Raw Dinner Recipes

Easiest Raw Dinner Recipes - Spicy Tomato Noodle Salad


To serve two adults you will need:

Raw Spicy Tomato Sauce
1 teaspoon of chilli flakes ( or less if your sensitive!)
Cajun or Moroccan spice mix (1 tablespoon) If you don't have this just find something zingy in your spices it's no big deal!
2 Large tomato's finely chopped
1 Avocado
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 Cup of almond flour

Raw Dinner Recipe Noodles
4 Cups of Bean Sprouts
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all Noodle ingredients and set aside to let the oil do its thing :)

Combine all sauce ingredients in the blender and blend until finely mixed. Pour over the noodles and mix - You can serve right away or for the best results let it cool in the fridge for a few hours to let the flavours settle.
