This chocolate Recipe will blow your mind! Blueberries are known super food so they are the added bonus! I had some for Breakfast , it's a mind blowing chocolate recipe! The best thing is , it's Raw , unprocessed and sugar free...You can go to town on this Raw Chocolate!

Blueberry and Pistachio Raw Chocolate

Ingredients for the Raw Chocolate Recipe

1 Cups of Cacao Powder
1 Cup of Melted Cacao Butter
¼ teaspoon of salt
½ Cup of Agave Syrup or Raw Honey
Stevia to taste (this is optional depending on your sweet tooth but be careful its potent)
1/3 Cup of Almond milk
10 Medijool Dates pitted
1 Cup of Blueberries
1 Cup of Pistachios

 Instructions for The Chocolate Recipe

Make sure all Medijool dates are pitted. ( If you cant find Medijool dates then soak normal dates for two hours) Place Agave ( or honey ) Medijool dates in a blender and process until smooth. Add the  melted Cacao Butter and keep blending until smooth. Add the Cacao Powder, Almond  Milk and Salt and keep combining until smooth. Taste and check the sweetness.
You can add Stevia or more Agave if you like but do so slowly as it will be quite sweet already. Some like it sweeter though!!
Place in a bowl and fold in the blueberries and pistachios and mix it in. Now it’s time to get creative ..it’s up to you how to display your chocolate. I pour mine into a Chocolate tin/mould. You can pour into muffin tins, chocolate molds or just a flat tray. Sprinkle pistachios and blueberries on top to garnish and you’re done
Now place in the fridge until set likely around 2 to 3 hours or if you want it really hard and crunchy pop it in the freezer and within about an hour it should be ready.
