Three Raw Healthy Desserts in 5 Minutes

I love this raw food and especially the healthy desserts but it takes forever to find the ingredients, make all the different parts and wait over night for it to be ready...right?
So what about when I want my sweet fix right now....(cue toys being thrown)?
Lucky you, today we are going to make not one ..not two but an EPIC three easy raw desserts that you can whip up and serve straight away to cure that sweet tooth and put a a smile on your dial.
To start off today's recipes let's get freezy with some yummy berry sorbet!...
3 Cups of mixed berries
1 large frozen banana
1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
1/4 Cup of Honey or agave
2 tbs lemon juice
Blend and Serve
2 Large Avocado’s
1/3 Cup of Agave or Honey
6 Medijool Dates
½ Cup of Cacao Powder or Cocoa Powder
Add Stevia to taste until sweet enough
Blend and serve. Add some chopped Strawberries and a handful of nuts to make it look beautiful
10 Medijool Dates Pitted
½ Cup of hazelnuts
½ Cup of Walnuts
½ tsp Ginger powder
Pinch of Nutmeg
¼ tsp of cinnamon
2 Tbsn of Honey or Agave
1 tsp coconut oil
Pinch of sea salt
Blend and then roll into bite size balls. You can then either roll in coconut or dip in chocolate!

Don't be put off by the avocado it's incredible when blended!2 Large Avocado’s

Can you please advise the best tool for blending these with? My Sunbeam blender doesn't do a great job with stuff like this, thank you :)
