Raw Snacks - Honey Nut Raw Bars Recipe

Looking for healthy raw snacks foods alternative to a snack bar that doesn’t contain a ton of carbs and sugar? Theses Tasty raw snacks Nut bars and delightfully sweet and crunchy – Perfect for a raw snack on the go and will assist in curbing the appetite until your next meal!
¼ Cups of Chia Seeds
¼ Cup of Honey ( or agave if you are Vegan )
2 Tbs of Coconut Oil melted
2 Cups of Chopped mixed Nuts and seeds – I used Brazil Nuts, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds and sunflower seeds.
Mix and press into a flat tray – Refrigerate for three to four hours and then cut into squares or bars
Done – so simple and tasty. Tip – best kept in the fridge as they will fall apart if left in room temp for to long!
